It is best to control the humidity at 40-70%. If your printing room does not have humidity control, you don’t even know how to print. When testing the humidity, the transfer paper roll should be peeled off the plastic bag for 1 day before the printing test, so that the transfer paper can breathely match the humidity of the environment, and then print on the machine. Otherwise, when the paper roll is unpacked, it will quickly absorb the humidity and deformation of the environment. Coupled with the wet printing of the water-based ink, the fibers in the paper will quickly expand and be severely arched and rubbed against the nozzle. Another situation is particularly dry (such as humidity less than 30%) that the transfer paper suddenly absorbs a large amount of ink, which can also cause severe buckling.
The better the quality of the transfer paper, the smaller the arch height. This is because the transfer paper with small arching uses slow growth and high price wood pulp, so the deformation is small. In addition, the slow speed of the paper machine can make the paper deformation small (production efficiency (Lower), these two factors make the price of transfer paper with small buckling higher. 3. Regarding the transfer rate: Of course, transfer paper must have an excellent transfer rate. The seller Huang Po Maigua said that his product transfer rate can reach more than 95%. There is no detection method for the transfer rate in the world. It is estimated by visual observation. Transfer paper is roughly divided into two types: coated transfer paper and uncoated transfer paper. Coated transfer paper is mostly used in China.
